Yayyyyy! Late on the bus, I know, but I had an INSANE day at work today -- in via status checker! It was a reach for me, too, so I'm STOKED!

Congrats! Did you apply full-time or part-time?

I checked the boxes for both. On my status checker it says, "Full/Part Time," but I don't know what exactly that means...any clues?

I only applied for the full time program, and mine says the same, "Full/Part Time".

ya. below both medians, so i guess a deferral is whatever. thats ok, ill just keep waiting. deferrals are different than waitlists, right? i guess theyll just give me another look with another group of applicants if i understand it correctly.

You can come by and see a class in action. I've seen a few people doing that lately.

Also, they have an ASD a little later on. It's a full day of stuff.

Full-Time Day program, tuition & fees for 2011-2012:
$42,057
Part-Time Evening program, tuition & fees for 2011-2012:
$31,543

For the PT program this is an increase of ~$2,000. Can't tell you for the FT program. Most likely, it is ~$3,000 for FT program as PT is always priced at .75 of the FT program.

Part of your student fees cover tickets. Just bring your student ID.

How does seating work? Is it by seniority? At UT they seated you by hours, with seniors first, then grad students, then juniors, soph, etc.

I have no idea. Don't like football.

Although I don't think SMU football is anything like UT football.

Who knows, only one of us went to a bowl game this year.

I just hope I never have to be in that awkward position where my law school is playing my undergrad.

I didn't go to any games (just a few tailgates), but I think it's general admission at the gate. You just walk up, hand them your ID, then go into the stadium.

If UT played SMU in a bowl game, I'd openly root for the Horns, and would hope that we win by 50.

If I end up at SMU next year I'll be driving to College Station for the opening game, and then when we proceed to beat SMU down wear maroon to class for the next week. I'll root for SMU every other game though, because I really like June Jones and I like seeing them come back from the death penalty. On a side note I hope SMU is as generous with their scholarship money for law students as they were with money to football recruits in the 80s. haha
