FYI BU's C/O 2012 medians.... LSAT 166; GPA 3.7. I was sort of surprised... but thats puts us at a healthy gain ahead of BC. Good luck all!

I also received a BU notepad! Did you? If not, I would be outraged.ViP wrote:Question...
I received my acceptance packet a few days ago, but I was disappointed with what I received in the envelope (or what I didn't receive, rather).
Was there supposed to be some sort of school catalog/brochure? All I received was the acceptance letter, financial aid and scholarship info, the Alumni Magazine (what?), and a small fold-up map of city-area.
Did others receive some sort of BU catalog?

You don't think .2 GPA higher is a significant difference? Yea... I am a tad biased.. oh well. haha. Oo... but BU got 500 more apps last year.tram988 wrote:Melon to be fair: http://www.bc.edu/schools/law/admission/profile.htmlBlindmelon wrote:FYI BU's C/O 2012 medians.... LSAT 166; GPA 3.7. Re: BU! woot.
Via a practicing lawyer from Boston, he would take BC over BU; however, he is 40+, and what most here seem to be finding out is that the younger lawyers realize BU's quickly improving reputation. The guys in their 40s, though, are probably the ones becoming partner and controlling a lot of the higher now, no? I'm not intending to stir anything up, just sharing what I was told and trying to get opinions.

I think the idea behind the mascot is the "Boston Terriers" though. So something more like this delectable eaglesnack:krispykitten wrote:Pretty sure my doggie could take on an eagletram988 wrote:Could an eagle eat a terrier? all in good fun ;pCupidity wrote:Uhhh..... I somehow managed to forget to mention the exquisite BU sticky-pad. My sincerest apologies.Hopefullawstudent wrote:I also received a BU notepad! Did you? If not, I would be outraged.ViP wrote:Question...
