Yeah, that's where I got all the numbers for my "lowest-rated law schools" thread that everyone wanted to kill me for starting. So be careful with that site. :D
Hmm I see. It just seemed like a useful tool for comparison?

Yeah I was joking. I love that site. I added a bunch more to my post before noticing that you had responded, because you're on a new page. :)

A lot of people look at the official guide, but I think that this search function is cool because it does a good job of separating data from rankings, for whatever that's worth: http://officialguide.lsac.org/Search/QuickSearch.aspx

And I know that everyone on this thread is beyond needing this, but this site was cool when I was doing my practice tests: http://www.test-preparation.net/lsat_test.html

Ok EA's who've been accepted/WL'd, question:

I was checking the mail for my EA decision last Friday before I left town. No beans. (Boston joke unitentional).

I left town Saturday (to visit home for 3 weeks!) and am certain my decision is sitting in my mailbox all lonely. If I was accepted or WL'd is there any reason I'd want to call BC and ask them to resend my decision to my permanent address (ie; "Please send X to our office within 10 days")? Or should I just chill out and get my rejection in a few weeks (0:

Did anyone who was admitted receive any scholarship info? I didnt - but the handout on the finaid seemed to indicate that you don't have to do anything to be considered for merit aid - does anyone know if that comes out later? or if it was included in the admit packet if you received any merit aid?

Did anyone else receive a phone call from the assistant Dean? I got my package in the mail a week ago or so, but she said she was just calling to congratulate me personally. I didn't get to the phone in time, so I only got a voicemail. She didn't mention anything about merit aid, but this may be an indication of things to come.

Yeah, I did a few days after I got my letter. I really do think it's legitimately an assistant Dean too because people have been reporting calls for the past few days which means its not like 25 1Ls in a call center... Was her name Rachel?

That sounds about right - Rachel. I got the call this afternoon less than an hour ago. She was really nice, and she said that merit scholarship info will be coming out around late January - February-ish.

Oddly, she called just as I was reading the blog. It was a 617 number. She was very nice and told me to let her know over the next few months if I have any questions.

Just got the call - went to voicemail because I'm at work. From a 'Jose Roman'.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
