Completed interview 12/14, status checker changed to "Interview requested - 12/19" and now back to "Ready for review - 1/13"

Same, I applied mid-November, went ready for review 12/12, and still waiting. I'm expecting a waitlist at best.

how are your stats though? i'm a reverse splitter but I don't think it'll do any good at Cornell.

I'm a traditional splitter and unsure how that fits in with Cornell :/

I wonder what their adcom have been smoking this cycle. "High-LSAT scores have become rarer... better reject them before they reject us!" It's really weird. Anecdotal evidence, but Cornell's admissions department take forever to respond to emails compared to other T14s in my experience. Weirdos.
I was thinking the exact same thing...took them like 4 days to respond to my email while others seem to respond in the same day...

Yeah, the YP strategy is incredibly annoying as an applicant

Alright, so I'm sitting at home sick glancing through this admissions packet - what exactly is a Dean's certification form? I'm guessing I just need to tell my undergraduate Dean and they'll know what I'm talking about?

I'm prepping for my video interview and am wondering how many of you actually got a question that was political in nature? I only saw one person post something about US-Cuba relations post-Castro...getting worried I might get a random question like that.

It was in the pdf attached to my acceptance email (and it can also be found on the admitted students page, I believe).
/Unless I'm the only one getting pdfs of admissions packages since they take forever to get to my other side of the planet/

Mine was pretty straightforward! Couple of questions about general viewpoints but definitely nothing controversial. Good luck!

I got super random and specific questions. I started by saying things like "So admittedly I don't know too much about topic x, but it sounds like the fundamental issue is y..." and then going on from there. Interviewed 12/21 and still haven't heard back. So who knows if that's a good strategy.

Congrats! update
This cycle, it looks like the status checker goes from "Interview requested" to "Ready for review," but have we identified the other changes (if any) that appear before a decision is rendered?
After my interview I went back to "ready for review," then I had a date change on the "ready for review" status the morning of the day I was admitted.
