I'm glad I wouldn't be a good fit at a place literally being set on fire by protestors that are supposed to be part of the more tolerant side of the aisle.

If you'd be proud to be a part of that, good for you, but I sure wouldn't be. Really not sure how someone could NOT be disgusted by this.

Always.

Also, with my LSAT score, their withdrawal is the only way that I'm getting in despite my softs lining up very, very well with Berkeley.

Violence is the tool of the oppressed. I choose not to judge without all of the facts. *shrug*

Did you receive an "application complete" email?

Mine says "your file is complete" and has since the second business day after I submitted.

As someone who was physically present tonight and has been around several berkeley protests over the years, the people who riot at these protests are not typically students.

There is a large contingent of people in the surrounding area that show up to any large gathering like this and cause trouble.

BLM, Occupy, Trump election protests - these were all used as cover for the regular rioters/looters .

Always happens people come in and take advantage. The thing is Berkeley history perfectly backs up people doing things like this. I can see a lot of people who aren't students being involved though. John Yoo saves Berkeley for me though. I'm about to go to dinner with him and a few others on Friday after his speech at Cal State.

My status checker went from "complete" to "on fire". Does anyone know what this means?

The antifa people got a hold of your app.

I hear they're big on softs, don't care much about LSAT or GPA - hopefully this will help your case!

It likely isn't even the students. Leftist anarchist groups and "professional" protestors in the Bay love piggy backing onto these types of demonstrations and fucking shit up.
adding on to this, friends at berkeley currently confirmed that other people from separate groups joined in on student protests and were responsible for the violence
