Whoops, so much to learn, thanks! By the way, that means wish you a lucky new year!benwyatt wrote:You have to actually use the eye roll emoji!zty wrote:Generally wrote:祝 你 新年 幸运zty wrote:
Oh I see. Sarcasm eye roll is an advanced phrase for me, didn't know its meaning until now. However, I am in SH doesn't necessarily mean I am from China (LSAT practice!), though I actually am.
Edit: I hope that doesn't say I hate your mother or something like that.
It actually does!!! (Sarcasm eye roll)

Uh, I want. Why so ask? Are you confused by the "!" ?Generally wrote:Do you not want a lucky new year?zty wrote: Whoops, so much to learn, thanks! By the way, that means wish you a lucky new year!

I recommend waiting and doing that only if you're wait listed. You only applied a couple of days ago so it's really too early to be concerned about not submitting one, and I think it would make you look careless to submit one seemingly as an afterthought.jettison63 wrote:yallayallamohandes wrote:I didn't see any instruction for Why UVA Essay on the UVA website or LSAC application. Ended up submitting my application without that essay. Zounds.

That's what the space at the bottom of the app is for--any extra docs. if you want to do a Why UVA or if you want to send one you can via email to show continued interest. They are pretty friendly over there.
Good luck!

So there seem to be a couple additional things in my status checker (still under UR of course because why not) - now they have "Type" of admission (Regular) and "Applicant Status" (1st time). WHY DO THEY KEEP ADDING/CHANGING THINGS CAN'T THEY JUST MAKE A DECISION??? It's cool though, I'm calm.

I don't get an decision either, even no interview. But I'd rather be pending forever than get rejected immediately. Not any expectations these days, and it makes me feel much better.

I noticed that as well and studied it very carefully for clues. Nothing.

I'm glad someone else saw it too! Hopefully it means something good.Scalvert wrote:chaipancakes wrote:So there seem to be a couple additional things in my status checker (still under UR of course because why not) - now they have "Type" of admission (Regular) and "Applicant Status" (1st time).
