Not a bad offer, but I do feel it could have been a little higher.

$20k/yr. What numbers do the people getting $25-30k have? Just curious. I'm 3.4/167, definitely happy with my $20k offer given my GPA

Nothing
I wonder if they're releasing need-based schollys at the same time?

interesting...I was thinking that I was high enough above their 75th that additional points wouldn't make much difference. Congrats!jk148706 wrote:Same gpa, slightly higher lsatfrank617 wrote:$20k/yr. What numbers do the people getting $25-30k have? Just curious. Edit: I really was just curious and not trying to look a gift horse in the mouth. This pretty much seals the deal for me (unless BC gets very generous)

Just FYI, I was told by someone in admissions that they will be open to negotiation this year and will just want to see PDFs or emails that contain your other offer(s). I'm not sure if this is the same as previous cycles, but wanted to throw the info out there
. Congrats all on the schollies!!!

Anyone think I can negotiate with scholarships from W&M and IU-Bloomington?

I would guess IN residents could use them as a peer school. Prolly wouldn't take it too seriously w/out state ties. Kyle is right. The schools serve totally separate functions, so despite their close rank, I'm not sure ND would take a negotiation w/ IUB too seriously.knope34 wrote:LyricsToLitigation wrote:W&L/UMN/Emory/Bama are better most likely. A lot of these higher ranked schools, too. Bama and ND offer like 0 overlap in opportunity regardless of rank.
WUSTL, Vandy, maybe Emory, schools that offer some national reach, biglaw better than 10% and are close in rank will be better bargaining schools. Schools that actually place similarly geographically and job distribution.

Only true peer schools I would consider is WUSTL, and of course any T14 and UCLA/USC (since ND is really trying to get into CA).yossarian71 wrote:I would guess IN residents could use them as a peer school. UT and Vandy dont really serve the same market as ND.

$40K/yr here. 168/3.74. I'm quite surprised since I thought ND only went up to 25 per, but it looks like a lot of people are getting some $$$ love this year. I guess this means I'll have to schedule a visit after all.
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
