Got the big time shakes...is there consensus on the 12/16 update? I'm Ed and am still 12/14

I'd say any update that anyone's gotten since the initial "Under Review" is probably meaningless. It seems as if everyone got the 12/14, even some (if not all) RDers. But we only have one guy (here, at least) who's been updated to 12/16, and his numbers aren't better or worse than the rest of us ED folks. Bottom line: don't freak out until you do/don't get a call on the day they happen.

I got the 12/16 update too, I believe. I think it might just be that a final decision has been made on the file, but I don't think it means IN or OUT. Just means they know what's going to happen with that one.

Also, I was scared of the Chicago cold, but it hasn't been above freezing here in Beijing for like 2 weeks. I've just adopted the Chinese method of warmth from my GF- regular underwear, long underwear, long undershirt, and then a shirt, pants, jacket, and beanie. Bring it on Chicago "cold".

It actually has been a very mild winter so far-mostly 40s.
To stay warm, I sometimes wear underarmour. Furry/Shearling coats and extra socks help too. Definitely add a scarf so you can cover your neck and part of your face from the wind. It's really the wind that gets you.

And I notice that status updates are being tracked, not sure if mine helps since I'm RD but it says Application UR with a status update of 12/14 (complete date was 9/13, app received 9/6).
