No fin aid package, but they finally replied to my email. Said they'd get back to me in the next two weeks...

"Congratulations! I am delighted to contact you with good news. Because of your outstanding academic achievements in combination with your financial need, you have been selected from the entering class of 2011 to receive a Law Center Scholarship award. This scholarship is in combination with any need-based grants you may receive or have received from Georgetown, and is for $45000.00 total for each of three years of study here at the Law Center. "
DID I READ THIS RIGHT? THIS SAYS $45,000 EACH YEAR (TOTAL OF $135,000)... RIGHT?

If you can't use your password it's probably because you don't remember it or it was somehow reset to something other than the usual password.
I had to e-mail them to change my password and they sent me an annoying form to fill out and return. E-mail address is below:

What do you mean by the "are you interested"? You mean the one asking about merit aid? I got merit aid and sent in my deposit and now I'm getting nervous about my decision because I've heard nothing regarding need based...

if I could guarantee I'd have the 25K/yr all 3 years, the GULC offer. BUT, I'm really concerned because my parents are inheriting property by the end of this year (it's going through legal processes), and it may disqualify me for financial aid for 2L and 3L. The USC 90k is guaranteed so it wouldn't be a problem, but for GULC I could end up paying 50K I wasn't planning on

Not sure if this got answered yet...but they're combined (35K/yr total). Still a very nice award though!
I got an email with 30K/yr. GULC, why do you have to make my decisions more difficult? (Although this is much better than the 10K/yr you initially offered me...)

I will be withdrawing shortly.
How do you get into your financial aid package? I received an email from them designating me as an alternate for merit scholarship, and I submitted the "yellow form" the day it was available. Is there a way to check the status of my financial aid that I don't know about?

Wait, if the fin aid package didn't have merit money in it we don't get it? They aren't emailing merit seperately from need?
