According to the Dean, he interviews about 1/9th of candidates in group interviews, and then I know they also do alumni interviews, but no clue as to how many.
That's for Georgetown.

And UVA has been interviewing almost everyone they admit - I think the only exceptions so far have been a few VA residents.

I think Duke interviews everyone who wants to be considered for any sort of scholly/financial aid, but that's not til after you've been admitted.

Also isn't some sort of interview with NU essentially mandatory?
I think they "strongly advise" it.

They're really nothing terrible.

Make sure you can clearly articulate "Why law" and "Why X school" and have some non-generic questions prepared. Other than that it's really pretty straightforward.
Yeah, especially for the short Skype/phone ones. They just want to make sure you're a basic functioning human, so not like this:

Maybe not in a formal sense, but I think for you to say you weren't interviewed is misleading.
You're a special snowflake.
I dunno, I didn't really talk about me at all, it was only really about UVA, and I got the sense, it was hinted, they had made the decision to accept those of us that weren't already in before the dinner started.

I am absolutely intending to do this (but without the retaking). I'll actually have a degree by then - currently, I don't even have any grades to show...
I think I'd die if I had to stay in Oregon any longer. Especially since I'm living with mis padres :(
But you have good coffee.
