Starting to wonder if I sunk myself without a "Why UVA"

Should I submit one 2 week after I applied?

I personally don't think it would hurt to send one! Not that UVA and Stanford are the same school, but Dean Faye personally told me at a LAWS event that it could be helpful to send a Why Stanford essay if applicants don't hear by January, when applicants first hear of acceptances. I don't see why the same wouldn't be true for UVA

I think I'm under UR2! Date changed from 11/22 to 11/28. No contact for an interview yet. Is this a good or bad sign, or no sign at all?

Same, happened to me today. I don't think anybody really has any idea, so no need to worry about it.

Happened to me a couple days ago.
Took about a week for me to go UR2 so MAYBE it'll take about a week for them to send me an interview request... I hope...

Interview comes after under review 2.... I was UR 9/8, then UR 9/9, then UR 9/16, and Interview Request finally made on 9/19. Good luck all.

So you went UR 3 times THEN got an interview request? I guess that makes me feel a little better. As long as it doesn't appear to be a sign that I'm on my way to being dinged...

Went past the one month mark (been UR since 10/28)... UVA playing hard to get and its working. After researching more, it's definitely become my #1 choice (with $$$ hopefully). Time to write up a Why UVA.
