Same here, could be a little better but I think my award is fair given my stats and I'm pretty happy with it.jdanz wrote:Just got scholly info!

Did anyone else have any contingencies attached to their scholarship?

I noticed that there is a deadline to formally reserve your scholarship. If we reserve it, does anyone know if we won't be able to negotiate after?

No mention in my letter about minimum GPA requirements or anything like that. Only "contingencies" I see are formally reserving the scholarship by the deadline and not double depositing.Draconem wrote:Did anyone else have any contingencies attached to their scholarship?

Same. I'm glad they aren't specific to me, but I suppose they are standard for USC then?Lawvocado wrote:No mention in my letter about minimum GPA requirements or anything like that. They are indeed standard for USC. Just remaining in good standing is the only "GPA requirement" for USC, and then the no double deposit requirement.Draconem wrote:Same. If I submit my scholarship confirmation form, does that forfeit my right to negotiate more?

Final review today. CR2 3/4. A little nervous about the quick turnaround...

Could anyone who negotiated scholarship money tell me about how long it took to get a decision

From my experience, no. I was able to negotiate with USC after getting in off the WL at a higher ranked school that offered me some money.sjp200 wrote:If I submit my scholarship confirmation form, does that forfeit my right to negotiate more?
It would probably be best to check with the financial aid office just to be sure though.

My status checker just skipped final review and went straight from CR2 to Decision Finalized
hope this isn't bad news!
