Apparently it was a quick turnaround for final review. Just got the acceptance email! Pretty awesome because about 4 years ago, I walked through the law school and thought how amazing it would be to be accepted. #achievinggoals Yay!
Edit: Complete 11/12, CR1 1/27, CR2 3/2, Stats on LSN (link in profile) -- so if you've been waiting awhile, don't give up hope!

They're sending out acceptances to people well below the median according to LSN just now.

Has anyone who went "decision finalized" on 3/19 heard anything? I'm assuming it's a ding, but I haven't received an email or a letter in the mail and I live in the Los Angeles area.

Submitted 11/14, status is still "Committee 2nd read" (3/22/15)
167/3.0, I don't think the odds are very good at this point lol

I have to say that the odds aren't very good for us....but I still hope that we will get in because I don't want to leave sunny SoCalItstatertot wrote:Today marks my one month anniversary at CR2! Anyone know the odds at this point? USC please love me

Also, I went through last year's thread and many people didn't receive a decision until April. What's taking USC so long though? They could just deny me as soon as they finished their first read instead of holding on to it for months...(I have accepted the fact that I will get a ding but at least tell me I'm dinged this week please USC)

I'm CR2 as of 2/27. I wouldn't give up hope just yet! I'm looking at LSN from last year's cycle and there was a wave of acceptances right around the first of April for applicants who went complete around the same time I did (early January). Maybe we'll see similar movement at the end of this week!Itstatertot wrote:Today marks my one month anniversary at CR2! Anyone know the odds at this point? USC please love me

I've also been C2R as of 2/27...I went to USC for undergrad and don't know why my Trojans are making me suffer! I probably check the SC ten times a day. Unhealthy, I know. I finally registered on here to post rather than just reading to commiserate...LaraCroftEsq wrote:I'm CR2 as of 2/27. I wouldn't give up hope just yet! Out of curiosity...How many of those of us still waiting are URMs? I noticed when I looked at last year's cycle that a good number of URM acceptances were part of the later waves.

Just curious. Is there anyone here accepted without going to CR2? My friend had CR 1 then skipped CR2 and directly became Final Review today, is this a bad sign?

How much "later" are the later waves you're referring to?

Wow. This would be really interesting if we were approaching a URM-heavy wave. Out of the 4 acceptances on March 31st and April 1st reported on LSN last year, 3 were URMs with LSATs bordering 160 and GPAs from 3.45-3.8.Itstatertot wrote:URM here too!LaraCroftEsq wrote:Out of curiosity...How many of those of us still waiting are URMs?
