Omfg I just realized I never sent a thank you letter. Am I rejected forever?

Actually, I'm sure there were plenty of people who didn't send a note. My interview ran nearly the full 30 minutes before she mentioned that she was running a bit behind and could answer my remaining questions over email. I felt like our conversation made it so that it would be sloppy not to get in touch, especially when she sent me her contact right afterwards.

It's the same email address. Our emails are all at wulaw but you can just send to wustl.edu.

She's likely too busy to respond.

Got my acceptance packet today. The flash drive is definitely the spiffiest non-scholly supplementary item that has come in an acceptance packet so far ^^ Second coolest I think was a bumper sticker from UMN. Good thinkin', WashU! (woostle <- for life.)

Stop bothering them about the schollys when they have important admission decisions to make.

Edit: Or you can ask when the next admissions decisions for people who went complete around 1/09-1/14 are coming out.

IMPORTANT

Just got off the phone with Dean Clifford regarding schollys AND DECISIONS.
(I mentioned that a bunch of peers were pretty anxious regarding decisions and asked if she could give me any info to bring back to you guys)

re: scholarships
-The committee hasn't met yet. Expect mid-to-late February
-They will be emailed

re: decisions
-Some offers will go out today
-No waitlists/dings will be sent out until mid-to-late March
-They're basically only making admit-decisions until then. They're sitting on a whole bunch of applications because they want to wait and see what the pool is like

EDIT: Also, the travel stipend can be used for travel other than to ASW, but it should be used before April 1st. (I can't make it to March ASD apparently because that's Easter weekend)

I think it's already confirmed they do (someone who is a 3l said they knew who he was on tls before he was accepted). I know other schools read TLS.

I'm wondering that for this and the NU thread....

I think I've heard a few NU and WUSTL students say that they know for sure that the staff reads TLS. ..i doubt they go through the pages and pages of posts and sit there trying to figure out who's who. But I think most major law schools breeze through relevant threads to see how they're being perceived and stuff..For example Emory's admissions dean just straight-up posts in the Emory thread every year.
