hmm seems like those who went from UCR1: 12/17 to UCR2: 1/8/13 are all 170+. Those who went from UCR1: 12/17 to UCR2: 1/4/13 aren't.

17X might be neccsary to go 12/17 to 1/8 but it isn't sufficient.

Have we seen any definitive pattern in number of UCRs before acceptance/rejection? All I can tell is it seems to move slowly :?
