Usually that means that there has been some activity with your file. When my review date changed, it wasn't much longer after that when I received a decision.

Do they inform you of an acceptance/wait-list/rejection on the status checker or through an email?

Wait-Listed.....I heard they do all types of means of communication to inform you.

My status date changed about 4 times before I was accepted. I was told over the phone that every time they check your file or it moves from a committee to another then the date changes. However I also heard some people say it only changed once.

I give up on SW. I even sent them a well written loci informing them of my willingness to take pt. No word.

I'll hold out until 6/8 (withdraw) otherwise my ass (excuse) is driving across country with two cats and a dog!

My status date has not changed since it went "in review" the first time in March. I wonder what that means. What are your numbers?

Now it says this:

Your file is currently being reviewed. This process may take 8-12 weeks, but we do try and get decisions out as soon as possible. Please note that decision are communicated via online status as well as email notification, so please make sure your email address is current and that our emails will not be filtered to your junk mail (ie, that we are added to your trusted list of senders).

Anybody else have this happen to them after their status date changed?
