I'm still sitting at a 1/19 complete date. Frustrating.

Re: FSU c/o2014 Applicants!
Well as some may have noticed from my posts...I'm also involved with the University of Miami
I want to focus on Sports Law at Miami, but the cost may keep me away from UM...I'm wondering if anyone knows if studying Sports Law at FSU is even a viable option?
I know they have a club/society geared towards Sports Law from research I've done...but I'm wondering if anyone has any other info...

I'll be going March 25th, hopefully not by myself -____-last.chance wrote:I only got accepted this past Friday so no way I could have attended last Saturday. Congrats Barbie!
Saw some of the pics, the place looks a lot better than snow slush we had this winter in nyc.
I'm going to the one on March 23rd. Anyone else?

Damn this is a juicy thread. All I'm gonna say is... Haters gonna hate.
Also I've been complete since 1/31/11 and still on "Application Complete" as well.

I wouldn't worry about going alone. I will be going alone as I'm sure many others will.amarkonthedoor wrote:lol ok, fair enough! mine probably can't go anyway, I just don't want to be the one creepy chick who's there alone hahalast.chance wrote:no parents! lol.

Umm...everyone was alone for Academic Scholars Day. So, I think you would be creepy if your parents DID come.amarkonthedoor wrote:lol ok, fair enough! mine probably can't go anyway, I just don't want to be the one creepy chick who's there alone hahalast.chance wrote:no parents! lol.
Edit: I don't mean that in a personal way at all. I think it is just considered strange because it is a professional school....I did bring my mom with me to a scheduled personal tour of a law school though.

Re: FSU c/o2014 Applicants!
That makes sense. This is just the first thing of this nature I'm attending, so I didn't know if it was the norm to bring a parent/friend/relative/significant other, etc...plus, the registration form allows for us to name a guest and specify his/her dietary restrictions or other necessary accommodations, so that's what had me asking in the first place. Thanks for the heads up, though.NCtoDC wrote:Umm...everyone was alone for Academic Scholars Day. You guys/girls will have a lot of fun, Tallahassee is a blast if you haven't been there. I highly recommend meeting up with fellow TLSers, it makes the trip at least 87% more entertaining. And go out the night before!
