If Gibbs comes back healthy and ready to score 16+ a night we should be ok, but definitely not winning the tourney this year. We simply dont have 1 guy who can just take over, and I am of the opinion that you need that to win the title.

Pitt is slow, Penn State is slow, Temple is slow, and Villanova is slow. Is this a pattern with the PA law schools? I heard from almost every other state I applied so far. It is a waiting game in PA! Ugghh

Also, I believe Pitt will win the regular season championship and likely lose in the Big East Tournament, though I think they'll go far in the NCAA tournament.

I just went under review this afternoon. I was wrong about dates in previous posts. I sent it late at night on 1/18, went into app received on 1/19 and am under review today. Just an update for those who feel like they have been in app received forever....

Last year, I submitted Feb. 1. I was admitted in early to mid April. Maybe that'll help you guys who are looking for a time line.
I was median for GPA/LSAT for last year's cycle, and I got $8k/yr. I know I've said this a few times in this thread already, but I figured there might be new people.

I have a bit of a dumb question:
A faw weeks ago I received an email from pitt telling me my app had been put on hold. I've been assuming that that means I've benn waitlisted even though my status says UR and the only thing that changed was the date to the day I reveive the email. At the other school I've been waitlisted it clearly states that the decision on my app has been deferred. Is putting my app on hold the same as getting WL? and if so, does the fact thatmy status says UR means they periodically look at it?
I called Pitt when I first received the email but didn't asked them this specifically and I've been trying to call them and sent them an email but no answer so far.
