Applied on 10/17, and went complete a few days ago. Today it changed to "Application Under Review". Pretty exciting seeing as this is my first app to go under review and G-Town is probably my top choice school.

How long has yours been under review? I wouldn't take it as a sign either way. My friend last year was under review for over 2 months before he got an acceptance letter.

I don't think it's time to get pessimistic. My understanding is that admits at any school this early in the cycle are above at least a median/75% lsat/gpa combination, so they're effectively going to be admitted regardless of how the applicant pool looks. The rest of us have to wait and see how we stack up to the competition. If you haven't heard by January, then start getting pessimistic.

i've been under review since 10/2...they received a second LOR on 10/9, so i dont know if that sent me to the end of the line or something, but like i said...agonizing.

The adcoms are mocking me. I know they are sitting there watching me check my status checker every hour. They are sitting there with their popcorn and laughing every time.

Well I was pessimistic before I applied, so I guess I'm way ahead of the pessimism schedule. :)

Decision rendered on 10/26 as well. From last year's thread, it looks like the snail mail takes 4-5 days to arrive. So hopefully we'll get it by this Friday <3

The way I look at it... the longer the app is under review (only after a certain point) the better. Means they are thinking about you... and you are NOT an auto-reject.

Good luck all.

Today is the day... today is the day... today is the day. I keep telling myself that.

Or maybe its tomorrow.

Can't they think faster?!?!?! (j/k). But seriously it sucks having to pay app fees for schools you can't even consider if you're accepted to your ED school. I was hoping to hear from them earlier than mid-November to avoid this $500+ cost, well and to save me from worrying myself to death.

Hi All,
I was just wondering how long it took for everyone's status checkers to go from "Received" to "Complete" as my application was submitted "complete" to the best of my knowledge, yet I'm still waiting for it to say complete. Thanks!
And also, good luck to all!

My roommate checked our mail on her way out and took the mail key HOME WITH HER to her parents' house until Saturday. Someone should probably come hide the sharp objects.
