When I called, the person I spoke to also said that a few members of the committee are on vacation right now, so that could be affecting how things will move.

Excuse the intrusion as I didn't apply. (Fall 2010 cycle and Cornell is my lover and don't know it yet)

I made a call today too and received similar info.

Members of the committee are back from vacation. Additionally, they hope to have everything with the reserve done within the next 3 weeks!

Hopefully these next few weeks will pass quickly and there will be spots for all of us still hanging out at this point!

seems like someone else on LSN was just admitted off of the reserve list...i wonder if there is any rhyme or reason to how they let people in off the reserve list.... person on LSN: 170. 3.9. The guy declined which makes sense; you could probably tell just by looking at his stats that he probably got into higher ranked school.

that is a TLSer, LegalColorado, he posted on the Cornell class of 1012 thread. he's going to Penn though. so that spot is still open.

it seems like they don't really care about yield. but maybe since their just dealing with a few spots left over it doesn't really affect it too much.
