Got an email from BC saying I was under review - first school to send one of those letting you know you're UR - what's the timeline from here?

Are you FT? I was and it only took 3 days from UR to acceptance (although it can be up to 10 business days). Not sure how long it takes for RD

Nope, RD. Email says "Four to six weeks" but I assume that language is for later in the cycle. Here's hoping at least!

FWIW I got the same email (not FT), got a response in 10 days, so I'd say it's pretty good chances to hear back sooner!

Just submitted my app. Curious how long BC generally takes to get an answer out this time of year. Also, does one have to be a BC undergrad in order to go FT?
Thanks :)

No...they do have a special thing for BC UG students but that's different. I was offered a FT application with my fee waiver email

Soooo I applied FT on 11/18, went complete 11/21, and am still not under review. Does the FT mean that I get a decision 10 business days after submitting or after going under review? If it's the latter, that's pretty misleading... I could go under review in January for all I know. :(

Unfortunately, it's the latter. It's completely misleading! I was actually kind of annoyed when I figured that out (same thing happened to me...after going over 10 days complete I looked into it more and realized)

Thanks for the helpful response. Ugh at BC. How long did it take you to go under review after submitting/going complete?

It was shortly after the 10 day mark...I think i went UR after 12 days. From UR to decision was only 3 days though so that part went really quick.

This aspect of it sucks - super annoying that they do that. But congrats anyway, felt good when I got mine, so you should be proud!

Agreed, it's super annoying. No school is even on my radar until they start showing me the $$$$. Would hate to think that I was going to a certain school only to see in Feb that they're giving me pennies in scholarship.

Waiting eagerly! I know it is hard to speculate, but with solid softs, could I get over 50% $ with a 162/3.9?

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
Just kidding ... it's still FREE!
