seems as though they are only pulling people off the wl that they are sure will attend with a minimal scholarship. imo if you can be admitted here with a minimal scholly, you should have better options/higher scholarships elsewhere. employment stats don't compensate full tuition or anywhere near full. my .02

I don't know where you got that impression.. Ive only seen 1 person claim they would go for sticker, and they haven't got an interview yet as far as I know.

I just got admitted and I will not attend for sticker esp with 100+ from a higher ranked school. Waiting to see what they can offer me at UCLA

I think they are going for numbers right now rather than people who are willing to go with no money. As far as I know, I'm the only one on this thread willing to go for sticker and I have made that very clear in my LOCIs and haven't heard from them yet. My GUESS is that they are going to go for numbers right now, then after the second deposit deadline when they are more desperate, they will go for people like me who will unequivocally attend. Just my hunch... or my hope?

Meximelt, did they give you any sort of indication immediately after the interview that they'd call? For mine, she put me on hold for like 3 min while she had a phone conversation with someone, and said if you keep having interest in us, you can continue to send in LOCI

No, they didn't give me a time frame for a response, but i was sensing pretty positive vibes from Dean Schwartz follow up chat after my original interview.
