eh? video msg in the mail? you might be special i didnt get one

i just finished reading the admsn packet. the first two pages in the clinical experience booklet was awesome. uci shld advertise their experiential learning in the first year curriculum more. it sounds awesome and is so different from other schools that will help set you apart when applying for 1L summer positions.

now if i cld get that 3yr full tui schlly, im 95% sold on uci :p

I got one too! It's so strange. I feel like emailing a video link would have been exactly the same and a lot cheaper haha

whoa it sounds as though someone realy wants you to attend!!
i dont wnt to get too much into school administrative poilcy but i think its consistent to send videos out in the mail and making sense fiscally. pls let me argue by example for instance if someone whois above medians sees the video becuse it strangely came in the mail and that someone wld not hve opened an email link (bc LS applicants get a ton of those email, as you know), and was moved by it that they decided to attend uci at $10k per year. and lets say making the videos costed the school 3k. ==profits for the school. did that make sense

anyway since not everyone got that video, it might be that getting it=they really want you, in Assnt Deans words, "you represent the ideal candidate that this law school seeks to count amng its student body and future alumni." ;)

sorry for atrocious spelling as im typing on my phone ands its a pain in the neck to formt n edit

Uvideo Custom | Program and school awareness piece. Sent primarily to Deans and potential placement law firms across the country to let them know more about UCI, its students, and potentially open up a partnership discussion for placing students who graduate out of their program. #uviaus #uvideo #videobrochure #videomarketing
did a little google of the company that made the thing. i almost want to hack it and hook it up to my raspberry pi :P

this is what they sent:

shit UCI kids don't have to take property in their 1L requirement !!!!!!!!
Nor is property needed to graduate !!!!!!

Thats a huge plus for me.
(I do not, will not, and neither do I want to understand, the Rule against Perpetuity.)

Halluluja !!

Crim law in 1L, except for what is covered in Statutory Analysis, is also not required?
= a gift from heaven

Haha Trust me I understand the madness behind obsessing over all of this. A lot of my friends that have helped with the process keep advising me to just chill out but we all know its easier said than done. I do not even care if it is a decision, just any sign of movement helps relax the busy mind. My son keeps me on my toes during the day but at night my mind runs wild.

Same, exactly. Applied yesterday and received confirmation email today. Sounds like a lot of the notifications are coming by mail so it may be a long wait.

Does everyone get an email? Or some just got it straight in the mail? I feel like that's what I heard but could be wrong.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
