Not going to apply to Alabama for geographical reasons, but they just sent me an email which both waived my fee AND offered me a $30 iTunes gift card if I apply

dude that's a steal. That's 2 extra bucks from the LSAC report fee, PLUS you may be able to use it negotiate AND you feel good about yourself when you get that call... seems like a no brainer!

I sent my application for Bama in on Sunday, but have yet to receive a username email for status check. Is this normal? Because for my other apps it was usually an immediate email or sent the next morning

I sent mine around the same time, and havent gotten a status check either, so they might be running behind. I was thinking about emailing them on Monday or Tuesday just to check.

Just got the call today. 70% out of state scholarship, but very disappointed to hear it was conditional on top 50% of the class. Anyone else get a conditional scholarship?
