Ahh
I did some snooping and it looks like the question came up but was never answered.
I guess I'll just have to wait and see! Thanks!

Well good luck! LSAC summarized my transcripts in literally one day when I had them sent via PDF so you could try that and hope for a quick turnaround?

Yeah, they invite people to do PT. But you can also solicit for it. That's what I did. I asked for a waiver, and they responded by offering me to apply through PT.
And, no, PT is not ED. PT is just a decision in 10 days (calendar days last year, so weekends counted). It's a great way to get an acceptance under your belt, or a terrible way to start your cycle with a ding/WL

Re: Duke Law c/o 2018 Applicants (2014-2015 cycle)
Hi All,
1) Checking in.
2) I received a fee waiver and Priority Track email last year on 8/21/13, which included a link to register for PT on Duke's website. I didn't apply last year but was able to use the same website to register for PT this upcoming cycle, for whatever that is worth.
Hope you all get to use the program as well; I am much looking forward to getting this cycle started.

I wrote a why Duke. But I do have reasons that are compelling and specific to my situation.psychmusic wrote:I'm in the same boat as p89sean16- had a fee waiver/PT invite from last year that was still valid for this cycle.
Who's writing a "Why Duke" essay here? I gather that it would be a very good idea. I might not be as motivated with other applications, but with the PT I don't know if my confidence could handle a WL/ding so early in the cycle.

I need to stop refreshing my inbox in hopes of a PT email. I don't even have my app ready to go... This is ridiculous.
