Anyone that got that balony "we can't come to a decision at this time" email get a decision yet? I'm still in Second Review Pending.. Ugh.

I got that e-mail back in December and was updated last week to the above status.

Waitlisted today. I have until March 15th to tell them if I want to stay in and I can get a decision as late as August 11th!!! Ridiculous. I'm calling Monday to see if I can get one earlier, if not. In probably out!

I got a WLed from a different school in which the letter informed me that they can make decisions up until the very first day of class.

Did anyone else get the letter about the new building the other day? I thought it was scholly info but still nothing.

In as of this morning...was on hold as of 12/18 and went under review again on 2/18!

Just received scholarship info via email!
I got the Dean's Scholarship, so $5k for the first year and full tuition for my second and third years plus a research assistant position and living stipend. Very excited!

$7,500 for first year + GRA position (full tuition, $2,000 stipend)

This could potentially be me being an ignoramus, but does GSU not have a admitted students weekend? I got a card for a reception, but I'm way more interested in actually touring the school/sitting in on a class/etc. over just eating dinner with some alumni. I just can't seem to find the information.

Withdrew my admission today. Good luck to everyone else still waiting to hear back about admissions or scholarships!

If anyone has any questions about GSU, or the area of Atlanta around it, please let me know. I did my undergrad there and I really love the school (and the city!).

anyone still waiting to hear back from second review? They said we would be notified by 3/15, here we are Friday night (doubt they work Saturdays) and I still haven't heard back. F5 button is beginning to wear down.
