I'm out of state and I got the Law Faculty Scholarship, 10K a year for three years if I stay in the top 2/3 of the class. It says the award may be adjusted "if your residency status should change."

Does anyone know how easy it is to get Pennsylvania residence for the second and third years? I was only offered 7.5k/yr, and that is certainly not going to cut it for OOS tuition.demarco5 wrote:I'm out of state and I got the Law Faculty Scholarship, 10K a year for three years if I stay in the top 2/3 of the class. Been wondering the same exact thing, especially after visiting UConn where they make it very easy to gain CT citizenship. Anyone have any input on this?a2blifeUIUC wrote:Does anyone know how easy it is to get Pennsylvania residence for the second and third years? I'm in the same situation with FSU. In state tuition after the first year + a more generous scholarship offer would make cost of attendance way less than OOS Temple. All that to say, I'd still like Temple to be an option, but that is going to require in state tuition or negotiating more aid.sergiokun16 wrote:Been wondering the same exact thing, especially after visiting UConn where they make it very easy to gain CT citizenship. I just checked the status checker, and my complete date has changed from 11/30 to 1/11. Hopefully this means they'll be giving out some decisions soon!

Ugh went complete 11/14 and zero movement since then. My numbers should have me as a shoe-in, why is this taking so long?

Checking in. Applied today when I got a fee waiver. Mixed feelings about Philly, but love Temple's emphasis on public interest.

This wait is really making me anxious. I got into Georgetown and Notre Dame yesterday, both of which I applied to after Temple, but Temple is my number one choice, and I wish they would hurry up. Pretty please, Temple
