I was hoping they'd make decisions today since some of us had status updates yesterday (last month people were admitted the day after they had status updates). This blows .

yea it does. I'm not even sure if i am expecting more decisions before the holidays at this point.

Yeah...I'm thinking they may not send out another batch until after the holidays...I don't want to get my hopes up

I know I'm hoping that all the decisions this early will be acceptances...any idea if they waitlist people this early??

I applied really early on and have yet to see my status move since 11/21. Anyone know if 3.27/165 is a tough decision for them? I really like the program.

Yeah, I wouldn't consider myself an auto-admit so I'm not getting my hopes up. I applied for the part-time program though so I'll let you all know what my decision is once I get it (hopefully today)...

That was my thought. I feel like my lsat is good, but gpa is going to take some consideration on their part.

I was waitlisted last time. I was thinking since I upped my lsat this time and applied earlier I'd be an easy admit. But since ama was dinged, I'm really nervous now. My numbers aren't up to their standard, unfortunately.

mmm their median is a 161 and while i know a lot of schools are lowering their medians I think UMD is rising in the rankings and is in a unique position.

You don't have anything to worry about. I was admitted a few days after my app went complete (11/14) and have 3.19/164.

Rejected from PT program yesterday, as well... 159/3.5
If 159 is 75th percentile and 3.5 is median or above, how was I not waitlisted?
Could it be the color of my skin?

Haha thanks for the vote of confidence.
Today my ststus didn't change from "Decision Made" and I was given no indication of an acceptance, and to add insult to injury they sent me not one but TWO happy holidays emails haha. Thanks for the weekend of heightened anticipation, UMD.
