Finally got my packet today, they gave me the 30K academic scholarship.

Looks like it is going to be between Northeastern and UM for me.

Going off of previous threads, probably not. But it seems like they gave out way more money this year than in the past. Can't hurt to try.

Just got my packet today. They offered me 30k/year + a 3k/year PI co-op if I'm interested in it. The only stip to maintain the scholly is to remain in good academic standing.

I got 10k/year. Slightly disappointed as I've gotten more from other schools. Hopefully they will negotiate a bit as NE is quite pricey.

in, $20k a year with 167/3.49... guessing that deans scholarship must have a 3.5 cutoff.

I hope you go with Northeastern. I'm from Miami. I have had 5 friends go through UM Law. Also work for a UM lawyer now. Market is extremely flooded and students seem to be pretty unhappy with the Dean. They dropped significantly in ratings recently and fell 5th for bar passage rate a couple years ago. It was a short lived drop though. They're getting back up. Plus is the Miami weather, of course. I would agree with Northeastern having a saturated market. Still, hope you go with Northeastern :)

Just got to look at my acceptance packet because I was away for Christmas break.
30k a year with a stipend for co ops. A really generous offer. Northeastern is such an appealing school to me. It is right in Boston and I think the co-op program is fantastic.

I applied kind of late, December 13th. Went complete on the 19th. How long did everyone wait to receive a decision??
