It's a religious term, maybe he/she wrote about a church missionary or something.

It was a reference to my personal statement, I thought it was a bit odd at first but then realized it was quite apt considering my background

I did. When I called with a question about it, they said 4-6 weeks after March 1st which is lame because I would like to know before that deposit deadline.

wait, 4-6 weeks AFTER march 1st?! That's madness..... there's only like 3-5 apps every year. (Nicole Neeley said this to me at an on campus visit). They're kidding right?

If that's the case, then I would say that whoever I talked to didn't know anything (highly likely).

YES. Nicole Neeley is the person who reviews these apps with some other people I imagine. She said about 3-5 apps every year! She also said that the committee that reviews your app all sits in the big mock trial room and play your video in their huge screen for everyone. I found that quite intimidating.
