My status checker has never worked. I've used Mozilla, Safari, and Internet Explorer. Anyone know what to do?

Step 1- try it on a different computer

Step 2- if that doesn't work, contact Stanford

I'm consistently unable to log into my status check now. I'm on a Mac and Chrome and Safari don't work -- is there any alternative to downloading IE for Mac?

I have the same problem when I try to log in using the bookmark I made to the site in chrome, but when I click the link in the email they sent it works every time. I am on a Mac also and this is all through chrome. I don't understand it, but hope that helps!

+1. The most beautiful thing about it is that that's her voice without a doubt. She gave me that exact advice last year, along with helping me make decisions between SLS & HLS. As a result, I deferred and am going to SLS. Any advice you can get from a Dean of Admissions is a priceless gem!

checking in is only not cool if you're posting in a thread where everyone's waiting for something big that day or week. so if you're bumping this thread unnecessarily with a check-in late-december early-january, then you're just giving everyone a gratuitous heart attack

About the various status checkers problems: mine only worked once (in September) and has never worked ever since, I tried on several computers as well as several browsers. I recommend you contact SLS about this. That's what I did, we try a bunch of stuff such as resetting ny password but nothing worked so they will just email me directly when a decision will be made upon my application.

I have this too, as of 11/2. I'm pretty sure it means we're UR.

That would be surprising considering I submitted 2 days before I received my status checker with that status! Although Stanford is definitely a reach, I wouldn't consider my numbers alone enough to warrant an auto-ding.

Hey everyone, just checking in here. Stanford is sort of a reach for me, as it kind of is for anyone, but I'm excited about the chance!

So I got my status checker and it says my file is incomplete, but everything that they require from me is in. I sent my dean's letter in way before I ever applied and the checker says that it is there. The only thing not checked is study abroad transcript, which I won't have. Hmm...
