Got the acceptance package on friday!
Wish the shirt was orange
Still undecided (not because of the color of the shirt)

Congratulations on your acceptance to SU Law.
What are your alternatives and where do you rank SU.
Good luck.

Congratulations on your acceptance.
The SU Law admissions office does a nice job making the accepted students feel welcomed.
Where else have you been accepted and where does SU rank with you among your acceptances.
Good luck.
Not sure yet really.... It's gonna depend on scholarships probably. I've been accepted to William Mitchell, U of Miami, and Marquette. Scholarship info coming soon most likely

It's still a sweet shirt though. I was hanging out with one of my friends (goes to duke law now, yes he's smarter than me) and he has a shirt from the NYU acceptance packet last year. He was jealous of my Syracuse shirt and I have to say, it did kick NYUs a**.

If I was Syracuse Law, I'd just print orange Syracuse shirts with Biden (SUCOL '68) on the back, smiling, pointing at you congratulating you on your acceptance.
I would instantly put down a deposit.

Before he graduated, Vice President Joseph Biden was suspended by Syracuse University School of Law for plagiarism. Also the women Biden was married to in law school died tragically in an auto accident shortly after he graduated from SU Law.
I spoke to someone that described himself as a law school friend of Mr. Biden and he said that Biden was very likable but not the brightest guy in the class. That being said whether or not you like his politics he must have great street smarts to have been elected US Senator and Vice President.

I emailed the financial aid office re. scholarships. Here's the response...
"Good Afternoon.
Merit Scholarship notifications will be sent out in mid-late February from the Admissions Office. Merit scholarships are the only scholarships offered for students from the College of Law.
On the financial aid side of the process, we offer need based grants. In order to be reviewed for these you just need to submit a 2012-2013 FAFSA as well as the Financial Aid Application (which you did already). We send out financial aid packages in mid-late March."

Cool. Thanks. They would have to offer a good scholly for me to consider. I'm pretty sure I'm going to UB. But I'll take a free shirt all day!
