Yeah there was discussion in the fee waiver thread. Some people got no waiver. Some people got a fee waiver. And some people got few waiver + 15 business days.

Yeah I also got the 15 day clause, was very impressed by that and took advantage of it. Looking forward to hearing back around Thanksgiving.

Congrats! What was your "Decision Made" date? Mine's 11/9/11, but I'm still waiting on the snail mail here in NY. Also ED'd. Stats are 3.5/165 with 4+ years of strong WE.rise128 wrote:Just got my letter, small in with 166 3.8 ED why ND

Congrats!!! I got my letter today as well, but waitlisted. I'm actually happy about it though, when I saw that I had a decision only 2 weeks after I submitted I just knew it was gonna be a rejection. Hope to see you in South Bend. LOCI every month until I hear something.rise128 wrote:I am in Chicago and the mail was posted 11/10Nay9 wrote:Congrats! What was your "Decision Made" date? Good luck getting off the waitlist! Does that break your ED contract? Or are you obligated to stick it out until you hear back?mattviphky wrote:Congrats!!! Re: Notre Dame Class of 2015
I'm pretty sure I'm no longer obligated to attend if I'm admitted, but if I'm admitted I'll attend anyways, so now I have the awful suspense to deal with. Meh, its definitely better than a rejection! I have 164/3.05, not great numbers I know, but I have pretty good softs and I wrote what I feel is a pretty strong Why ND?. So we'll see what happens. I'm excited about still being in the running. good luck you guys!

Good luck! I hear there's a better shot at getting off the ND WL than at many other schools. What was your "Decision Made" date on your online status checker?mattviphky wrote:Congrats!!! Re: Notre Dame Class of 2015
This is my on the bubble throw something crazy and pray for an acceptance. I'm borderline ND accepted, so I wrote a Why ND because I'm Catholic, and I want to be in a Catholic environment. That might have been a risk, but the essay was well written, so if I get accepted I think that this will be the reason why. If I get rejected, it was probably just a compounding reason.
