RD or ED?
Rd. they sent me a waiver and told me they would respond in 15 b-days from when I go complete.
Did you get a special really-fast-turnaround-time fee waiver or is this the case for everybody that had their fee waived through CRS?
Theirs was definitely a special case because mine didn't have that.

It said in the fee waiver email and then again in the email where I went complete

From the complete email

"Thank you for submitting your application to the Notre Dame Law School for the fall 2012 entering class.  On behalf of all members of the Admissions Committee, we appreciate your interest in Notre Dame and look forward to reviewing your application.

The Admissions Committee reviews each file in its entirety for indicators of academic excellence, intellectual curiosity, overcoming adversity, leadership skills, professionalism, service to others, and other characteristics of successful law students.  A full file review is necessary to enroll a dynamic and diverse class of students with various backgrounds, experiences, perspectives, and goals.

Your file is complete and is ready for review by the Admissions Committee.  You can expect a decision from the Committee within 15 business days.

Good for you. I am at/above both 75ths and I got a normal fee waiver.

Yeah there was discussion in the fee waiver thread. Some people got no waiver. Some people got a fee waiver. And some people got few waiver + 15 business days.

Yeah I also got the 15 day clause, was very impressed by that and took advantage of it. Looking forward to hearing back around Thanksgiving.

Congrats! What was your "Decision Made" date? Mine's 11/9/11, but I'm still waiting on the snail mail here in NY. Also ED'd. Stats are 3.5/165 with 4+ years of strong WE.

Congrats!!! I got my letter today as well, but waitlisted. I'm actually happy about it though, when I saw that I had a decision only 2 weeks after I submitted I just knew it was gonna be a rejection. Hope to see you in South Bend. LOCI every month until I hear something.

Good luck getting off the waitlist! Does that break your ED contract? Or are you obligated to stick it out until you hear back?

Would you mind sharing you stats? I'm nervous about getting wait-listed/rejected at ND.

I'm pretty sure I'm no longer obligated to attend if I'm admitted, but if I'm admitted I'll attend anyways, so now I have the awful suspense to deal with. Meh, its definitely better than a rejection! I have 164/3.05, not great numbers I know, but I have pretty good softs and I wrote what I feel is a pretty strong Why ND?. So we'll see what happens. I'm excited about still being in the running. good luck you guys!

Good luck! I hear there's a better shot at getting off the ND WL than at many other schools. What was your "Decision Made" date on your online status checker?

This is my on the bubble throw something crazy and pray for an acceptance. I'm borderline ND accepted, so I wrote a Why ND because I'm Catholic, and I want to be in a Catholic environment. That might have been a risk, but the essay was well written, so if I get accepted I think that this will be the reason why. If I get rejected, it was probably just a compounding reason.

Same...I've been complete since 11/1. I wonder how long ND typically takes, without the 15 day.
