Beneath the Status Check link on the W&M website there is an admitted students link now.

I checked my status and under recent mailings it had the "Congratulations Admit Package Sent", but my status still only said complete. Also, did they not send out emails?

I used to be- I grew up there, and I wrote about how it would be nice to go back, but for residency/ admission purposes, I'm a PA resident.

Wow, all this movement has me checking my status incessantly. It would be really nice to have an acceptance this early in the game..

So apparently I just went complete today. Got an email saying that all my stuff was in. Guess I didn't need to freak out yesterday about not getting an acceptance if my file wasn't complete. Oops.

Yeah, you won't go "complete" until about a week after you submitt your app.

Anyone who received the congrats message live close to Williamsburg? You should be getting the packet in the mail sooner than the rest of us, maybe even today. I'm interested to know if it will have scholarship info with it.

Freaking out! So, I got the "congrats acceptance package sent" thing under mailings.... Please tell me this means what I think it does...

Huh... On the right under status it says: "Complete will send decision by April 1st." On the left under mailings it says: "Congrats! Admit Packet Mailed." The date on that is 11/2.

I'm getting to that. But, W&M wasn't one of the schools I was immediately going to WD from. I am quite debt averse, but I'm seriously considering throwing all caution to the wind with UVA.
