I just started filling out the application online today, and one of the questions asks whether we are applying for financial aid. It also states that if an applicant answers yes, they must complete FAFSA and Need Access applications.

Do I need to fill out these forms BEFORE I submit my application, or can I submit applications, and then in a month or two or whenever, complete the financial information? And, does the answer to that question change if I'm discussing any other school besides Penn?

I think someone posted earlier that their app was complete. My Penn app status checker page only has the CAS report checked off. Everything is "missing."
