Never did get an email yesterday. When is an appropriate time to call?

You'll get the email today. Promise. Same thing happened to me. Longest day of my life.

I just called, and they said they don't email! I've read the posts here, I KNOW THEY EMAIL. I fear this means bad news for me. My LSAT is good! And I am a cool person! Hrrmmmm. *huddles in corner*

Then why would they say to check your email??! Did you ask them that? You have my deepest sympathies. Try not to assume the worst!

Sort of. He said, "We don't email, we send letters by mail." but I didn't want to be pushy so I just said, "Oh, the status checker says to check my email." instead of, "NO NO NO, here's what someone on an mb told me, I know you email!!!!"

Not to cause you more grief but my decision date is listed as 12/09/10 and the letter mailed date is listed as 12/21/10 as per the status checker. So they may not mail them out on the day of the decision.

It seems like there is absolutely no pattern or organization to how they make decisions. I saw that they have a new director of admissions at the law center, so maybe they are implementing a new system? I wouldn't worry about not getting an e-mail. From what I see on Law School Numbers nobody has been rejected yet and the only people that they have notified are those that have been accepted....so that's a good sign!

Now...if they could just send out scholarship notices! Don't they know that some of us would like some time to contemplate which school to attend before we make a decision that will affect the rest of our lives?!

I checked my status checker this morning, and there was no update at all. An hour later, I got the e-mail saying I'd been accepted. Glad I got spared the agony of a prolonged "Decision Rendered"

I'm pretty sure it was either mid november, or early december. But i didnt get a status checker from them until like the past 2 weeks. All i had before that was the PAWS Id thing.

Yeah, I was so confused when I had the PAWS ID before the status checker. I kept trying to find a status check somewhere in there. *facepalm*

Just a bit anxious about my chances. I've seen people with 2.75/161 get scholarships and 3.0/158 get $ too. Anyone wanna build my confidence?

I'm an OOS (GA, college in TX) with a 2.87--2.9 and a 162 and I'm still in review, so I get your pain.

Has anyone gotten scholarship information yet? I've read how the committee doesn't meet as often as adcomm, but I didn't know if scholarships were decided in batches or all at once.

NOOOO. the wait is killing me. I read on a forum from last year that the first batch of scholarship notices went out the first week of Feb. last year.

Well, at least the first week of Feb. is coming right up. I just hope I find out soonish. $ will play a huge role in choosing schools (obvi).

I'm pretty sure that mine went into review on Jan. 5 and I didn't get a decision from them until 2 days ago, so I guess it was close to a month. It felt like forever though.
