I interviewed with two NLRB regional office last week, I was told by one that they would follow up within a week. Based on what they told me, that was the only interview and they will rank the cantidades and send it off to the bureaucratic heavens where they will contact people offering them the positions based on their rankings.

Has anyone received an offer yet? I interviewed for a regional office last week and they took my references, but it's been silent since! Anyone have a timeline?

All of the regional offices and HQ are planning on extending offers at the same time, expected to be by the end of March.Anonymous User wrote: ↑Thu Mar 10, 2022 11:20 amHas anyone received an offer yet? Has anyone heard anything from any of the NLRB regional offices? I think I am spending an unhealthy amount of time reading the tea leaves

Does anyone know when the Honors Attorney program start date is (Aug/Sept/Oct)? Does it differ by agencies or offices within the agency? Is it flexible or is there a set date for each agency? (I'm particularly interested in the NLRB but also more generally)

Has anyone that interviewed already heard anything from an NLRB regional office?

Two Regional Offices interviewed me, asked if I was still interested, and requested my references when I answered that I was. I think we will hear about offers by Friday of next week if the rumors of them extending offers before the end of the month are true.

Trying to hold out hope, but fair to assume that if we were interviewed and did not receive request for references we’re out of the running?

Re: Honors Attorney Program 2021-2022 (non-DOJ)
Each agency has their own start dates, generally between the end of August and early October. Some are more flexible than others. I'm not sure if the dates are different within offices within an agency. I would guess that for the bigger agencies they might differ and for smaller agencies they wouldn't. I know the agency I have an offer at (FDIC) has everyone starting on different dates. It is a rotation program though, so it is probably not that critical for everyone to start together since we will all be in different offices anyway, apart from the benefit of being able to have a single orientation session.Anonymous User wrote: ↑Tue Mar 15, 2022 10:55 pmDoes anyone know when the Honors Attorney program start date is (Aug/Sept/Oct)? Anyone have an updated timeline? I heard that all the Regions are going to release offers together but some Regions have not even started interviewing for the Honors position yet. Not sure what to make of that.

In my NLRB GC interview, they told me that offers from HQ + all regions would go out at the same time, but some regions might be behind in interviewing… which would delay the whole thing

Re: Honors Attorney Program 2021-2022 (non-DOJ)
Board-side honors folks reached out to my references late last week. They asked for my fall grades and current class schedule this week. Based on this, I'm assuming they haven't made final decisions yet. I haven't heard anything from the regional offices since my interviews. I'm hoping we hear back by the end of the month.

I haven't heard back from DOL, but a friend of mine already got offered and accepted a position with a regional office - so I think we may be out of luck, unfortunately. No word on national, but I'm not holding my breath.

It seems like the NLRB is in a holding pattern. Has anyone heard anything otherwise?
