That's probably good news! What other components are you waiting on?

For those who have gotten multiple calls/offers, what did you say to the person on the phone instead of just accepting on the spot, assuming it wasn't your first choice? Just trying to gauge the most respectful way of doing that. TIA!

I hadn’t seen the Community Board section until now — just saw that the second batch of ATR finalists expressly included alternates. Can’t help but think that I am one, since it’s been two days with no call and it seemed like they called next business day for the first batch. Deflating.

I accepted with the USAO-CAS. If anyone is in the same boat, I’d love to connect!

Don't give up hope! Looking at prior years on the Community Board, it looks like they don't complete their hiring until December - AKA some people who were initial offerees eventually decline and the office moves on to alternates. All hope isn't completely lost. Good luck!Anonymous User wrote: ↑Thu Nov 18, 2021 11:27 amI hadn’t seen the Community Board section until now — just saw that the second batch of ATR finalists expressly included alternates. Keep your chin up - there's a reason they have alternates every year...Anonymous User wrote: ↑Thu Nov 18, 2021 11:27 amI hadn’t seen the Community Board section until now — just saw that the second batch of ATR finalists expressly included alternates. Not yet. I am constantly checking the website and my email. I'm not even sure if they send us an email if our status changes though

Re: DOJ Honors Program 2021-2022
From Deana on Avue:
“Hi, all:
I don't expect ENRD to post until late tomorrow afternoon (Friday, Nov 19th).
I'm still waiting for EOIR-OCIJ, the Criminal Division, Federal Bureau of Prisons, and the Cyber Fellowship as well, but I don't have any feedback on when those are coming (other than by COB tomorrow).
There are almost always adjustments as components complete their reviews, so I expect candidates to be identified as finalists on an ad hoc basis in the coming days. Once all components have had time to completely review their lists, we'll send "regrets" messages.”
