New York AG's Office?

An Assistant AG position just came up in the Civil Rights Bureau that I'm interested in applying for. Would anyone who has interned/worked at the New York AG's Office mind sharing their experiences?

Is the work interesting? How is the culture? Are there opportunities for advancement and to transfer between departments?
