Yes, the practice is that we would receive the call from our FSO.

If I'm so lucky to get a call, I will immediately let you guys know.

People have definitely started receiving calls - I know someone who was picked up. However, that doesn't mean anything because I was selected last year and I never got a call from my FSO because they were on vacation.

Could you please give us location ? I want to see if I can rule out whether it was my FSO, or maybe not. Like if it was somewhere across the country from where I am, I can breathe a sigh of relief that it's still unknown whether mine is making calls.

No call here on the West Coast yet…I had the same FSO as last year and he called the day before for FY13. Praying for good news this year!!!

What location are you in? We have East/West Coasts represented so far.

Accepted AD Army. FSO's got the list today (she said they get the list the day before they are posted). Got the call about 3:30pm Central. FSO mentioned they had close to 900 applications this year.

I found out I was selected this afternoon for AD Army as well! Congrats to all those selected!

Does anyone know whether the Army has confirmed a lack of a Spring board? I heard that they only picked up 75 with this board, which seems unusually small if that's the entirety of their incoming class.

My FSO has not gotten word about active duty yet. Only FLEP. There's hope, but this is so nerve wracking!!
