Thanks for the info. Are these results publicly posted anywhere? If so, could you provide us with a link?
AF does not post the selection list publicly. It is on a secure site that only JAG personnel can access.
Well, dangit.

Dangit, indeed. No call as of yet... Looking for that envelope, then.

Do we know if the April Selection Board has been cancelled yet? If so, do us non-selectees have to wait until June? (assuming that board is not cancelled!).

Supposedly we will hear from Army JAG by January 13th. Good luck on finals and hopefully they will help the time fly by!

Add me to this list (Army JAG also)...every time I start to think of it I can feel an ulcer growing! LOL! I do hope the results come out before my grades do

Would you happen to know if the results came out on the 20th or the 21st?

Anyone think we'll see Navy results today? Or have any speculation as to when we'll hear?

8 weeks to the day. I'm anticipating every single family member asking "Have you heard any news about your application?" all weekend, so it'd be great to have an answer besides "Not yet"

Did anyone get some kind of confirmation when they faxed over their reconsideration letter to the Air Force? My fax went through successfully, but I never got an e-mail or letter saying they got my letter. I had gotten one in the past and was just wondering. Not to mention, I haven't received my letter/phone call about admittance and I'm getting paranoind they didn't reconsider my application.

I received a confirmation e-mail regarding my reconsideration request. However, it could also be because they were asking if I had received my letter of good standing or BBO# as I got my bar results in November -- after the Aug Selection Board.

So make of that what you will.

Well, it's safe to assume that we won't hear anything from Navy until the new year. Of course, this does not mean that I won't be refreshing my status page 10 times a day until then.

Please forgive me if this has been discussed, but I did not feel like searching through 104 pages to find an answer:

Can someone please describe to me how Marine JAGS deploy? I understand that the first 6-8 months is on a base, but how does it work after that? What percentage of JAGs get attached to a unit and deploy with them? What percentage of JAGs get a billet on a base and stay there? Do you get a say in this at all?

I ask because I'm currently applying for a slot for PLC-Law this summer. My app is due pretty much back when I get to school after break (why I don't feel like searching 104 pages) and I'm curious about these questions. I have know AF JAGs and Marine officers, but no USMC JAGs.

Thank You for any help.

The online application asks for work experience from the past 10 years. So, do I need to put my first job when I was 16? Or just professional work experience?

Just saw something on the US Navy JAG facebook page:
My son is waiting for notification of results from the fall selection board, and I want to make some plans around that. Is there any idea when he will get that notification online?
The US Navy JAG's reply:
result will likely come out some time in January. Sorry we can't be more specific at this time.
I've been trolling this thread for a while and just thought I'd chime in and share.

Mine just changed. Not Professionally Recommended. Good luck to everyone else. I'll apply again in the Spring and hope for the best. This was my 3rd application.

I checked this morning and it said Not Professionally Recommended. I received an email this afternoon saying that I have been Professionally Recommended and my status on the JAG status checked changed! I am certain that I didn't misread it this morning. I don't know what happened, but I'll take it.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
