I got nothing. Submitted on May 31.

For those that recieved interviews, did you apply for the Attorney Advisor opening or the Law Clerk one? They were two separate job listings and it seems like only those who applied for the Attorney Advisor position have received interview invitations. Thanks!

I heard they are still scheduling interviews and the outage issue will make everything take longer.

Not sure if I'm allowed (I'm new here...) but if you go to the USAJobs subreddit, and search for USPTO TM Examining Attorney, you'll find it. Someone here got an interview last week and another on Sunday.

Out of curiosity, of those here who have received interview requests, did you apply for the attorney examiner position or the law clerk position? Ultimately they seem to be identical, but I’m wondering if interview requests for both roles have begun to go out.

Do you mind sharing exactly when last week? I think the interview requests went out in two or three waves during the last cycle, and I'm wondering if the Sunday emails were wave one or wave two.
