Do you know (if t's possible to even know) what the offer rates usually are at the final round? Or perhaps any insight into whether there is still a lot of competition to be sorted through at this point?

I was also surprised to hear back this soon. They told me at my last interview that decisions wouldn't be made for the final round until the new year.

Same poster as above. I'm not sure what the offer rate is for the final round. I think several years ago, when they were hiring around 75 attorneys a year, the offer rate was very high if you made it to the final round. You were pretty much guaranteed a job. In the last 2 years or so, I think they've only been hiring around 25 attorneys. And I think I remember in a previous year's thread that, because they are now hiring so few attorneys compared to what they used to hire, the hire rate is much lower. But at least we still have a chance!

so far I've gotten a callback with palm beach and orlando, and was rejected from miami and NH. i have not heard from colorado or BDS

anyone know what to expect with the palm beach + orlando interviews? I'm doing both in mid-december after finals

Congrats to those getting 3rd rounds at LAS! Were any of your previously interns? They told me at my panel not to expect to hear back about a 3rd round until May...should I be freaking out?

Also does anybody have any idea how many panel interviews turn into 3rd round interviews with Tina? Or how many they're hiring this year?
