I didn't get an email. My status in the portal just changed to finalist.Anonymous User wrote: ↑Thu Nov 17, 2022 3:20 pmFor those of you who have been designated finalists, did you get an email notification from avue, or did you have to go online to see? Hoping I can stop refreshing the application page and just wait for an email (or not...)

There is no email when you get a finalist designation
Interesting: If you interviewed for multiple components, as soon as one component issues you an offer, you can no longer see whether you get a finalist designation from any of the other components where you interviewed, because it switches to “offer issued” with no component listed

Would you be willing to say which component issued the offer?Anonymous User wrote: ↑Thu Nov 17, 2022 7:47 pmThere is no email when you get a finalist designation

Dang, guess that means I’m out then—no reference check here. Mind sharing stats?Anonymous User wrote: ↑Wed Nov 16, 2022 7:55 pmI'm the one who posted about my references being checked by CRT (sorry for the delay). They were checked a few days after my interview. Radio silence here too.Anonymous User wrote: ↑Wed Nov 16, 2022 4:38 pmRadio silence here, no indication my references were checked. But someone on this thread said they had theirs checked for CRT, but never responded when someone asked whenAnonymous User wrote: ↑Wed Nov 16, 2022 4:18 pmHeard nothing from CRT yet, not even sure my references were checked? Were yours?

When you log into Avue, there's a button on the top right of your application status page that says "Community." Clicking through the links, you'll find posts from Deana.Anonymous User wrote: ↑Wed Nov 16, 2022 7:48 pmHey y’all. Where are you seeing the community board updates? I haven’t seen anything from Deana.

Re: DOJ Honors Program 2022-2023
Hey all, it seems like Deana has been out of the office and will be out until basically the end of the month. I'm guessing that's why there aren't the component-specific messages that finalists have been posted like in prior years.

Re: DOJ Honors Program 2022-2023
So I have a question similar to someone else here, my status just says "closed" with a link. I was interviewed but only got the interview notification via email and my portal inbox, my status never updated. Anyone else know why this is, or am I just looking in the wrong spot? Thanks so much!
