Waiting to hear on next round or are you waiting on an offer? I'm still in limbo after round one.

NYC courts and PD offices were closed today because of the snow, so no one was going to hear anything today. Hoping people get good news soon.

I did what they called a second-round interview with Maryland a few days ago. It was not clear to me whether there would be another round after that.
I didn't think Maryland hired pre-bar. Is this as a clerk?

Before I accepted another offer, I interviewed with Maryland pre-bar. If you are committed to taking the Maryland bar, I believe they may make an exception? Since I didn't actually get hired there, I'm not sure what the terms/conditions are.

It is..it's just basic pd questions..nothing hard..no surprises..

On another note, it seems as if a lot of ppl have a Tina interview.

Agreed that it seems a lot of people have Tina interviews for LAS. Which is disheartening considering they're hiring WAY less people than previous years.

She told me at my interview they hired around 90 two years ago and 60 something last year and it's going to be a lot less this year.

Ugh it really is so disheartening especially given how short the Tina interviews are. Any advice on how not to think about this for the next few months would be much appreciated...

Do LAS final round interview invites come by phone or email? When did people get invited to them? I haven't heard anything since my panel interview and and wondering if I'm alone.

Phone..I got the call about two or three weeks ago.

No news is good news, if you didn't get a reject then you are still in the game..I'm sure they will be doing finals all throughout February and maybe early March.
