Hey everyone! I just finished my 1L at a T6. Because I plan on staying at my first firm if possible I'd like to make as informed of a decision as possible and also would like to know which boutiques I'm competitive for. Keeping personal info relatively sparse because I have some offers from these places and am waiting to hear from others.

1) What grade cutoffs are the boutiques typically looking for from a T6?
2) Do they weigh Civ Pro/Fed Courts/Evidence grades more heavily than others?
3) What do partners make at these firms? Any info on specific firms would be greatly appreciated, it's clear Susman partners make NFL money but there's basically nothing on GB, BR, YC, RF, or AZA.
4) Any other hiring factors they care about besides grades and clerkships?
5) How do the boutiques place in gov work if I'm interested in exiting to a USAO or impact lit in TX?
6) How easy is it to lateral if needed/wanted to another market with the experience that boutiques offer you?

Info on non-Susman places is pretty sparse on here so anything that could be provided would be very appreciated!
