Lit Boutique Recruiters

Can anyone recommend any recruiter that specializes in placement at lot boutiques (the top ones). Looking to lateral to one but it’s been hard to find much on the culture about each probably bc they are so much smaller so less of a sample size together info from. Was hoping a recruiter who works with them frequently would have some insight. Thank you! And nyc

This is admittedly speculation, albeit from someone who works at a boutique. Top boutiques aren’t using recruiters. They’re recruiting law clerks out of clerkships or hiring biglaw refugees that direct apply. If you’re looking to lateral, reach out to an associate who went to your law school, clerked on the same court, etc. to learn more. If you have the credentials that the firm looks for and they’re open to hiring, you’ll probably hear more.
