1L Judicial Extern vs. 1L Diversity Summer Associate

I received a summer extern offer from a district judge. Meanwhile, I just had a callback interview for a biglaw 1L diversity summer associate position, and they told me they will decide by mid - Feb. Our school career office told me "you cannot say no to a judge," they want me to accept the judicial extern and withdraw from the biglaw 1L summer callback. Should I do that? The judicial externship is 10 weeks full-time unpaid. Should I accept the judicial extern and wait to see if I get the 1L summer associate position?
