Anyone have a 2BR New York sublet available within 20-25 minutes of Midtown?

Doesn't USPS let you redirect for a certain period of time?

Re: SA Housing Swap Thread
USPS Temporary Change of Address is what you want. There's a one time fee of $1.05, and it can be done online. It has to be for a period of at least 15 days. It can last up to 6 months and can be extended once for another six months. Depending on location, there might be a week lag or so in receiving mail. Unlike the premium mail forwarding which mails on specific days, the change of address forwards as mail is received but does so through normal mail (so if something is sent to you priority, it gets rerouted regular). It is significantly cheaper though ($1.05 total v $17 + $17 per week). In my experience, the mail took about 5-7 days to get from UVA to Chicago. You may want to account for the lag for your cancellation date so you don't have to have mail forwarded back to you.lhanvt13 wrote:good use of anonAnonymous User wrote:How do you guys handle mail? Looking for: studio, furnished, somewhere in Manhattan (working near MoMA). ~$2k would be great. May 26-Jul 31
Can offer (would also sublet independently): fully furnished studio in Cambridge, close to T, can provide pics/details upon request.
Thanks!

Looking for: studio or one-bedroom within a 30 minute commute to Midtown East, Mid-May to end of July. I'd like to stay under $2k/month and as close as I can get to around $1500.

Bump. One room is still available for this summer.inaki wrote:Offering a furnished 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath apartment for sublet in Austin, TX for this summer. Perfect for a SA gig or internship in Austin.
The apartment is in a nice and quiet complex in Hyde Park just north of downtown and UT. Very convenient bus access and a short drive to downtown. Complex has pool, fitness room, and easy parking. Across the street from a grocery store, cafes, and restaurants.
PM if interested in either one or both of the rooms.

I will be subletting my Orange County apartment (3 bed 2 bath). For anyone working in Irvine, Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, etc, great location and price (between $650 and $750 per month...currently in the process of renewing lease and might move within complex). PM if interested.
Looking for a sublet in DC (late may to early August). PM me if you have anything

Unfortunately, I don't have any housing to swap since I am currently living in New Haven.
