USPS Temporary Change of Address is what you want. There's a one time fee of $1.05, and it can be done online. It has to be for a period of at least 15 days. It can last up to 6 months and can be extended once for another six months. Depending on location, there might be a week lag or so in receiving mail. Unlike the premium mail forwarding which mails on specific days, the change of address forwards as mail is received but does so through normal mail (so if something is sent to you priority, it gets rerouted regular). It is significantly cheaper though ($1.05 total v $17 + $17 per week). In my experience, the mail took about 5-7 days to get from UVA to Chicago. You may want to account for the lag for your cancellation date so you don't have to have mail forwarded back to you.

Looking for: studio, furnished, somewhere in Manhattan (working near MoMA). ~$2k would be great. May 26-Jul 31
Can offer (would also sublet independently): fully furnished studio in Cambridge, close to T, can provide pics/details upon request.

Thanks!

Looking for: studio or one-bedroom within a 30 minute commute to Midtown East, Mid-May to end of July. I'd like to stay under $2k/month and as close as I can get to around $1500.

The apartment is in a nice and quiet complex in Hyde Park just north of downtown and UT. Very convenient bus access and a short drive to downtown. Complex has pool, fitness room, and easy parking. Across the street from a grocery store, cafes, and restaurants.

PM if interested in either one or both of the rooms.
Bump. One room is still available for this summer.

Looking for a studio or one bedroom in DC. Dates: May 17 - August 28; could be flexible on the August end. Would appreciate any leads!

Unfortunately, I don't have any housing to swap since I am currently living in New Haven.
