Looking for a furnished 2br sublet in NYC within reasonable commuting distance to midtown. Mid/end-may through end of july/beginning of august (don't know exact dates yet).

I don't have anything available to "swap," since I'm married and my wife will not be coming to NYC with me for the summer.

If anyone is looking to sublet in Boston, I will be subletting a 1 bedroom/1 bath. Potentially unfurnished, as I am moving, but we may be able to arrange leaving a bed or some essentials. Sublet could run from the week before memorial day until my lease expires August 31. Shorter is okay too.

Need something in NYC (Midtown and south, ft. greene, downtown brooklyn) from mid-May through June and something in DC (anything w/ an easy commute to Capital Hill) for July through mid-August.

Large 1 bedroom apt in downtown STL. Washer/dryer in unit. Really big enough for two bedrooms. Will be fully furnished or close to it (might take my bed). Utilities included (including internet), parking included. Apartment has amenities such as pool, hot tub, workout room, 24/7 security, all that fun stuff. Will be available early May - late July (dates somewhat flexible). PM me if interested.

Longshot but looking for a place in Baltimore. Dont mind living with roomates or alone. Close to UB or UMD's campus would be ideal. Fine with Fed, Fells, or anything relatively close to downtown.
